Back to your Contest Story. I'd say as long as it satisfies you and helps get things straight for writing the actual story in November, it's a Winner... just not in the contest competition.

I may not say it but I'm entering my (grammarly / content-polished Antagonist story once more... because it way better fits this week's prompt as it literally sets up the plot of the crime part of my novel. (It's part about the criminal case MMC investigates, and the rocky romance blossoming between him and FMC => )
