October Novel Prep Challenge

Long time no see! It's so good to see you around.

I have three books I'm either preparing to revise or mid-draft on (I have an edit letter coming on one, soon, and another I'm splitting into a duology based on editorial feedback, and a third I'm attempting to fast-draft during downtime between deadlines), so I'm technically planning four books ahead now, but the one I'm working on this year involves creepy name magic, two warring countries, and two rivals who have to work together to solve a mystery before it kills them and shatters a fragile peace. I'm having a blast so far. I just figured out a scene in the climax that's going to be so fun to write, which of course means it's going to be no fun at all for my characters.

I hope your book comes together for you this year, because the concept sounds amazing.
