Love that series. One of the books in it contains the greatest scene in all of literature. Yes, ALL of literature. I can't do better. None of us can do better. It's one reason I mostly quit writing fiction: there is absolutely no way to top it, ever.

The books start out a little rough, but they improve rapidly.
