October Novel Prep Challenge

Olivia‘s recovering - I use the 80k word limit because that's what the publishers I have dealt with, and have tried to deal with, say is the upper limit (maybe 85k) for a YA work. I go where the publishers tell me... and, really, for the story in my head, 80k words feels about right.
