Well, BoM is pretty much Will POV, but TWS has other. It would seem you could do both.
If you only do one, I'd prefer Will simply because we're vested in him and the story would be different in magic than just switching faces using masks. That's also why I liked the Blackwell stories because he had other magic things to add to the mix.
