As much as possible, YES. You may check this "The Confetti Shower- [closed]" Open in new Window. as an example.
As for me, I've been very meticulous on listing of ticket purchases to make sure every ticket is accounted for. I even have one fundraiser that showed the ticket gifter and the message.
Take this "Under A Spell" Open in new Window. as an example.

But, it is all up to you. Listing ticket holders is not much of a deal.
