It's the type of spot that it seems like someone "simple" like Heather N. could want but a spot that could totally come to bite Heather K. in the ass since you've just put Other Heather in a position of great power, influence and wealth but with distance to do things out of sight should she decide to plot against Heather K. And in Heather K.'s arrogance, I could see her completely overlooking that fact.
