To the best of my knowledge, not when wearing a mask, though when he wears the mask of somebody who has directly touched one of the bills, he remembers the terror that they felt while looking at him under the effect of the curse. "Bully for You!"  and "Bully Shit"  features a Will that puts on the mask of an affected Kirkham and remembers the feeling, but doesn't describe or act like he feels the same thing to the golem. I feel like I remember a chapter where Will was under the effect of the curse when he did an imago transplant with Kirkham, but I wouldn't swear to it. I'll dig around for receipts for my own satisfaction lol, but I'll post here if I find anything.
