As someone who writes many reviews - a little over 300 this year alone - I can personally testify that many folks that do a lot of reviewing use a template as a sort of shortcut, where they follow a formula of some sort. They might talk about the General item, any issues with Spelling/ Grammar, thoughts about any of the characters, and perhaps some suggestions that could fix up any issues - additional genres (especially if only 1 is listed), as well as a rating suggestion (useful if the item is rated too low for the content depicted). Finally, they might end it with a little phrase that basically means, "This is (me) and I hope to see you around. Later!"
So, I hope that this helps you to understand things a bit better, especially if you also become a prolific reviewer. Sometimes you can't make them all 100% unique. After a while, you'll come up with your own reviewing formula, to make things easier for you.
