I admit that's a backstory I wasn't expecting. The tactics used to regain that trust also threw me for a loop. I feel like I'd have taken a completely different route if I'd ended up in that position. (Of course, given how I've tended to review since 2006 or so, things would have had to go really wrong for me to end up in that spot.)
