One thing I must say about AI - sometimes, it doesn't do things right. For some reason, I can't feel intimidated by that image of Steve. He looks too clean, for one. But I think the issue is how I can't really picture someone 6'6" and 180 lbs as intimidating, considering he'd be very close to underweight. To compare: if you want to see Steve's physique, two great comparisons are current NBA players Brandon Boston Jr. and Lonzo Ball. If you see them, they're thin, though you can see some muscle in them - and both are closer to 190 lbs (the latter actually exactly on 190) than 180. Usain Bolt, who's not a basketball player but a sprinter, is one inch smaller and about 20 pounds heavier - and a sprinter's physique is as lean muscle as you can imagine. That doesn't mean it's impossible - I don't have the positions at the moment, but I assume Stieve is shooting guard/position 2 - but even the best of the best in basketball (arguably Michael Jordan) was over 200 pounds, and in his heyday he looked lean and muscular. Of course, one can't argue what poise and attitude can do, but that's where AI rears its ugly head. Steve's eyes look very unnatural - as in they don't fit a fantasy story but a sci-fi tale. In short, I'd expect Steve to take off the skin of his head and reveal he's an alien than look any intimidating. The reason I could see him as intimidating was because I thought he had a heftier chest in comparison to his legs, which is what I would call "panther-like". But that's just me. |
