Account not reflecting paid membership
I paid for a basic membership at 10:15 AM EST. I received a notification on my cell phone that my debit card was charged $29.95. However, I did not get an e-mail about my membership. I had no viewing limits on my phone yesterday and this morning. I logged out and when I logged back in, my account was back to basic. How can I get the account to properly reflect my basic membership? Thank you.
