I've created a new book for an activity. When I make the first entry, it gets number 1 in the Table of Contents. So, if I give the entry the name "Poem 1", the TOC will look like:

Entry# 1: Poem 1

When I add a new entry called Poem 2, I'd expect it to be number 2 on the TOC, i.e.

Entry# 1: Poem 1
Entry# 2: Poem 2

Instead, I'm seeing it get position 1, with existing entries bumped up a notch, i.e.

Entry# 1: Poem 2
Entry# 2: Poem 1

then

Entry# 1: Poem 3
Entry# 2: Poem 2
Entry# 3: Poem 1

which is not what I want. This only seems to be happening in a new book. When I try adding a new entry to a book created last year with 29 existing entries, it gets allocated Entry# 30 as expected. I've checked the various settings in edit mode in case there's some option I've missed, but I can't see anything. Have I overlooked a setting somewhere, or has something changed recently?
