Using of GIFs

I just upgraded to Premium and want to know more about what I can and cannot do? Can I post gifs in my items? Does anyone know if GIPHY SUPPORT good thing to use? When they say you can use commercially, that would not be using here at Writing.com would it?? Appreciate any help.
