I'll try to answer each question. 1. I don't believe you can make an advance request to place your Port in the White Case Memorial. 2. WDC is not a publication agency. The site cannot publish your items. 3. It's not a matter of other persons giving approval to publish your work. They would have no rights to do that. You may be able to transfer your rights, but you would probably have to consult a lawyer for that. 4. Sorry. I've never published any of my work so don't have an answer for that question. Your best bet is to arrange for a family member to follow the steps listed in "Request a Deceased Member Be Memorialized"  . They are laid out what that person would need in order to allow WDC to memorialize your Port.  |
