You only need approval of reviewers if you include the review at a site not the one where the review was given (unless the review was given in public format, like legacy media, Amazon, Goodreads). As for easy publishing... The easiest is self-publishing. So, this is going to be long, apologies in advance, and please be aware I have only been published traditionally, but I have done a lot of research on self. Yes, traditional is the easiest way to be published, but you need to be accepted by a publisher. If you self-publish, you are in control, but it will cost you money. A lot of money. If you opt to only go for e-books, that's great, but sites like Amazon will remove any books where the author has not added to their output and the books have not sold. So if you pass away, and no-one buys your book, it will be removed, and there will be no legacy. This removal, by the way, deletes it from Kindle users. Amazon has shown they are not averse to removing books from the Kindles of even those who paid for them. However, if you go the hard copy route, there will be copies of your work there. By US law, a copy of even a self-published book must be delivered to the Library of Congress. This means your book is forever enshrined there. E-books are also given, but the storage and readability of them has proven, shall we say, problematic. Your work can still be lost. Still, this is money-intensive, and you might end up with a room full of unsold books. Still, self-publishing is the easiest. I would also add: avoid hybrid/vanity publishing.
