Our hosting system was discontinued many years ago and was removed from the features list of Premium Plus.

I've updated the handbook to note that it's been discontinued.

When we released the hosting system in 2004, it was a great and simple option for people who didn't want to learn HTML and web design. Of course over the two decades since, many better options came around that made very simple systems for people to create and host websites, so it was not place we needed to try to keep up or compete.
