Hello,

I can't find an account that matches the name or email on your temporary account. If you received an email from us, it almost always includes the username in the email.

If you're not getting any emails from us, you can use the line on your card statement. It will include a six digit invoice number. Typically, it looks something like "WRITING.COM - #NNNNNN". We can use that invoice number to find your username.
