Without Permission
I have twice stated that I did not want automatic payments. I had thought that this had been resolved. However, looking at my credit card account, I found that my Writing.com membership was renewed without my knowledge or consent. If there had not been enough on my card to cover the cost, it would have cost me fines and a hit on my credit score. Please contact me so this can be resolved.
