BIG BAD WOLF is Surprised is 100% correct - write it offline first. Just in case. You can even do it by hand and type it in when you're done.

If you mean, however, how does a story start in a writing sense, think about the stories you've read and enjoyed, and think of how they start. It's fine to mimic them until you get the hang of things.
