Just be mindful that you're responsible for making sure the comments on the post keep up correctly with the rating. We had changed default to 18+ many years back so people wouldn't have to spend a lot of time moderating the comments... and deleting those comments that exceed the post content rating. If you post an E note and someone exceeds that with a comment, it's your responsibility to quickly remove the comment or quickly edit the note's content rating to match the comment because those people who have their ratings set to below 18+ are the first ones to complain when they hit a note/comment that exceeds the limit.
