Yes, that is the problem -- it's taking you to "writing.com", not "www.writing.com" and so when you submit it fails.

Use an actual item link and it'll be no problem to submit your review: "A Love Like Ours" Open in new Window.

The bug is really that "writing.com" should probably bounce to www.writing.com, but that's a bigger issue than a quick fix.
