As long as it clearly states where it's from, it's usually ok. In the UK, the red flag is the statement "a blend of EU and non-EU honey". That's your tell that it'll contain Chinese honey. And that covers the majority of what's on the shelves of a typical British store.
Caveat: A lot of Chinese honey will be perfectly ok—it's just that the fake stuff is mixed in with the rest.
