Help identifying a specific Gift Shop item (Naruto/Rasengan)

Message: Hi everyone,

I'm trying to locate a specific item in the Gift Shop (or maybe it's a Review Item), but I can't find it via search.

It is a square icon featuring Naruto Uzumaki using the Rasengan (blue energy sphere). It has a blue swirled border and the standard "W" logo in the bottom right corner.

Does anyone know the Item ID or the exact Item Name so I can purchase it?
