First week of March, which is a favorite month of mine! Working through adversity right now. Things that could definitely have a negative impact on my health, both physically and emotionally. Determined to make the best of it. Accept the moments that are rough and deal with them, not just gloss them over or hide from them. The majority of the time, I want to choose to focus on the positive and stay focused on my goals, both short and long term. WDC Goals Personal Goals I'm feeling more confident about goal setting. Learning my limits and not being so hard on myself if I don't meet some of them. Positive progress is better than none. |
