Honoring Our Veterans - Challenge

The End - SOUNDS SO FINAL, DOESN'T IT? Well, it's the end of this contest, and the winners have been chosen -after some lengthy debate with myself!

1st Place - Awardicon & 1,000 gps - goes to monty for "An Ordinary Man"

2nd Place - 10,000 gps - goes to maddyvand for "Now That He's Gone" - a great write, looking at service from the viewpoint of one who was left behind!

3rd Place - A TIE! (I do that when I can't decide!)
5,000 gps go to russoka for his story "There Goes My Hero!" and to mabon for his story "Sefton's Saddle".

4th Place - 2,500 gps fo to Xael for his poem, "Freedom"

2 Honorable Mentions - 1000 gps each - to Come Fly with Me--Kiter for "To Honor Those Who Stand And Serve" and to jacobite for "A Serviceman's Promise"
