We say Terre Haute "TARE-uh HOTE". How would you have said it?. Euchre is "EWE-kur". Actually, to own the truth, I've only played it once or twice. I think I learned to play it from the Neffs, but I really don't remember. It's just a basic card game, rather like Go Fish or Hearts, as far as I remember.
