"A Problem Page For All!"

You love the idea of giving birth! You're my inspiration. I'm so, so in awe of the birthing process, and absolutely terrified of it and glad I won't ever have to go through it if I don't want to. Mum has a book called "Spiritual Midwifery" which is written by Ina May Gaskin, the lead midwife at The Farm, a big commune in Tennesse of hippies and free-thinking, self-governing folk. It sounds so excellent, and I'm just dying to go there and have ten kids with Nathan! Ahhhhh.

Were you and your siblings born at home, Bet? You told me all about this once in a letter, but I can't find where it is for the life of me. I thought you said that Rachel was C-section, but I think that was a misunderstanding on my part actually.
