Ugh, suavely insecure -- thank you Zib! That's perfect! I never liked Stacy's interactions with boys, either. At least Claudia's had some humorous grief and substance. I really liked Kristy, too. Her narratives were so hilarious! Definitely get out one of your old BSC books and tell me what you think! Did you ever have a favorite book? I read many of the Karen books, but I didn't like her either! It's cool we share a lot of the smae viewpoints, huh?! I think it was possibly the over simplified writing style used in those books that I didn't like. Still, I could never whip out so many characters, ideas, plots, and attitudes in so many books like Ann M. Martin did, and she deserves credit! |
