John walked around the house, staring at the gun while he was going to A'shter's room.
"Hey!" A'shter shouted. "Don't come walking in my room with a gun, dude!"
"Sorry for freaking you out, bro..." John explained, as he showed the gun to his roommate. "I just got this in the mail..."
"You ordered a gun?"
"Not just any kind of gun, bro... This is a gun that can change your size!"
"Oh come on, you're kidding..." A'shter replied in disbelief. "That's just impossible..."
"Let's see..." John chuckled, as he aimed the gun at his roommate.
"Hey! You're scaring me, man! What are you..."
John pulled the trigger and instantly a ray of energy was emitted from the barrel, striking A'shter in the chest.
For a brief moment, A'shter's body was glowing a bright blue light, when suddenly something started to happen to him. He was shrinking!
The Naga suddenly began to shrink from standing 6 foot 5 inches tall and having a 9 foot long tail.
"Hey! What's happening!!???" A'shter gasped, as he saw his room growing around him.
A'shter was dwindling down to 6 foot 3... 6 foot 1... 5 foot 10... While his tail shrunk in proportion as well, from the 9 foot long to only 7 feet.
"Holy snake-tongues!" A'shter said, the moment his shrinking stopped. He was now only 5 foot 6 inches tall, making him the same height as John! His tail was about 7 feet in length! "That is amazing! Can I try that some time?"
DING DONG!
"Darn... that must be Rachel... She's early, as usual!" John said, as he turned around and hobbled down the stairs so he could open the front door and let his girlfriend in.
"I'm gonna have some fun with this gun..." A'shter thought, as he quickly retrieved the gun, that John had dropped on his bed when the doorbell rang. "I'm small enough to fit inside of his closet... he he..."
A'shter decided to have some fun, so he hid himself in John's closet. His closet doors folded open and shut like a harmonica, and it had small shutters on the front of the plastic doors, big enough to allow A'shter to look through so he could see what was going on in John's bedroom.
Finally, John and Rachel walked in the bedroom, and John closed the door behind him, not knowing that A'shter was actually hiding in his closet...
