Regurgitation

Suddenly, you feel as if you're being lifted up through the tube you came in and out of the sparrow's beak.
"Finally, some luck!" shout, thinking that the swallow hadn't liked the taste of minature human. But you find that you had spoken too soon. As you are about to emerge along with the headless cockroach and other insect parts, you realise that you were just about to be transfered into another beak. It was squeeling as if it were on six-channel imput. The noise surrounds you and it is so overwhelming that you feel you are just about to fall into a coma from that migrane that was developing. But desperately, you cling onto the swallows beak and avoid being regurgitated into another.
You've made momma angry. The bird furiously shakes it's head, trying to get your strong grip loose from it's beak. It shreeks and again, like symbols crashing yet ten times the frequency, you hear that horrible cry and more from the swallows. The sparrow shakes it's head even more furiously and suddenly your grip fails. You fall hard onto the ground of the nest and take a while to recover. Luckily, you landed behind one of the young swallows and you aren't in view of the sparrow. And you see a hole, your only escape.
Hurry! make your choise! The Sparrow is searching her nest for you. She's very angry! What will you do?

2. Stay in the nest and hide among the swallows
