"Well, why have the Black angels requested to talk to us?" the cheif was already angry at the loss of a few recruits, the Major placed down breifcase and opened it where both him and the cheif were in view. Inside, a webcam along with a screen unfolded out and the face of Support commander and Adminstrative director Lucas appeared. "good morning chief, you know who I am so I'll jump straight to the point. Since the launch of a non-nuclear wolverine missile, the government has requested international help in the area. The UN today have said that the black angels will conduct a full operation to bring order with major armies, britain and america to name a couple, helping us." the Director said " Here's the deal, the UN forces have surrounded the city in a 5 mile perimeter nobody leaves or gets in unless they are called for by my paperwork. Th police work with the Black angels to bring direct order to the city and you can decide what to do with the leader once we catch him, if we catch him, what do ya say?"
