Bob stopped at the gates of the McGowan place and gazed at the exterior of the mansion. The windows were broken, and the painting of the exterior faded from yellow to a barely visible yellow. The vines that the previous owner planted were climbing up the sides of the house. For years, he wandered who lived in this mansion, but he realized that the mansion has been abandoned for one hundred years now. The mansion was built near the Hudson Bay and used to be owned by the McGowan family.
He pushed the rusted gates open, and he walked down the eroded sidewalk to the front porch. He climbed the steps onto the porch and walked to the front door. He tried to open the door, but he found the door was locked! He banged on the door in attempt to open it. What will Bob do?
