One day, you head over to Mike's to hang out with him for a bit. You head into his door, wondering how he still fits through the door, and you notice sleeping on the floor. It surprises you at first, but then you think about it, realizing he probably couldn't fit on his bed anymore.
He was laying on his stomach, asleep, and you notice a small pimple on his upper back. You don't really think to much of it, you go and get a drink of water before waking Mike up, and come back, and you notice the pimple on his back moved. Confused, you move closer to it, and see that there is what looks like a very small leech on his back, about the size of an ant.
You don't know if you should wake him up or not. You move close to it, and the poke it slightly. As soon as you poked it, you got a startle from Mike, and his body swelled right in front of you. Mike remained asleep.
Your heart began to race. You poked this thing, and your friend's body bulged larger right before your eyes. You found what was making him grow...
