You are walking down the street, and you have inhaled something that isn't natural to this world.
A microscopic worm, which could not live on the earth's surface, has somehow managed to release it's spores into the air. You were the only one who inhaled these spores before they died from being exposed by the elements.
You feel completely normal as the spores landed on the walls of your lungs, and some drifted down into your stomach. A few hours later, eggs were formed, which hatched into over a million worm like parasites, which immediately escaped to the safety of your muscles and bones, the only places white blood cells couldn't get to them.
But this wasn't a negative effect on your body. These worms grew, and divided, and spread, and grew some more. They slowly but surely adapted to your body, and even your immune system no longer recognized them as a foreign object. They feasted on harmful bacteria, and body waste, and their waste products fed you with protein and calcium.
Which was much needed. These parasites grow and divide at an extreme rate, And soon there would not be enough room for them to live within your body.
The mixture of the adaptation of these parasites, along with the adaptation of humans, began to work.
The worms needed more room, and they began to work, adding nutrients and sending signals to your body that only hormones could do. They would force your body to grow in all directions, and your body couldn't be more happy.
