Familiars: In this world, every human has an anthro partner, with which they spend their entire lives with. This is a bit of a fantasy story, as the human and anthro can do such things as heal each other, read each other's minds, etc.
The Lesser Sex: In this universe, either every single male is a mega-anthro if the main character is a girl, or every single female is a mega-anthro if the main character is a boy. The main character either has a mega sized boyfriend/girlfriend or husband/wife.
Neighbors: In this universe, mega-anthros and humans have managed to live together in complete harmony. Your house is next door to a mega-anthro families house, and your family and the mega-family are close neighbors and great friends
Passing Around Humanity: In this universe, there are two planet Earths, one much bigger than the other. You live on the small one, which the mega-anthros living on the larger Earth ceremoniously pass around every day so that every anthro can have humanity to keep at least once in their lives.
