Chapter #3

Human Intervention

    by: Unknown
The various species of the Earth all share in large part the same continent and in some places share the land. Next to the wolf village, their was a human one, which observed the exchange, but in large part took no action. Word of what had happened spread, but they were neutral and would take no action.

Unknown to all sides, a few human kids had been playing in and around the Wolf village. Most of them were shrunken but a handful were beyond the blast's reach. After the village stopped shrinking a 7 person group made of wolves and humans came in to find the village. Normally, the village was made of small buildings and spanned perhaps a quarter mile. At the moment, that quarter mile was in an 8 inch space.

The group came over and stood around the village, on a global scale it had been small, now it was tiny on all scales. Its tallest buildings, 400 feet tall were barely touching the 3 inch line. The humans looked down and marveled, they could crush the whole place in two steps. The large lupines were amazed to have toes bigger than what they had once considered big buildings.

In the village, everyone stared up at the immense structures around them. They had five, eight and ten year old cubs overhead so big they'd have to climb their tallest building just to get a chance to see over their toes while on the ground, people looked up at the gigantic splayed structures and the dark cascm between them. The humans above were viewed worse. Tiny's saw giant human toes on platforms called flip-flops and sandals as well as with sneakers or barefoot that all well dwarfed the village or at least most did. It was perhaps worse for those below who were the 'big' brothers and sisters to the titanic figures surrounding them, it didn't make matters any better that the tiny ones were around a millimeter tall and the giants were made of a few thousand of them.
