Yes, testify.

Two weeks later, you take the stand and testify to what you saw that night.

It's an open and shut case; the jury convicts after less than thirty minutes of deliberation.

"You bitch!" The robber screams as he's led back to his cell. "I'm going to get you for this!"

You squirm a little in your seat, until the District Attorney places a reassuring hand on your shoulder and reminds you that the robber is going to spend the rest of his life in prison.
