"well Serenity, today is the big day" the nurse said to her and smiled "you will see your brother for the first time in several years, nervous?"
"very" she smiled softly "but i am also glad, joey means the world to me and i wouldn't have been able to have this surgery if not for him"
"sounds like you're very close" the nurse replied
"we are, though we've not seen each other in person for some time we are always together" she smiled "and thanks to him i wont go blind, i just hope i havnt changed too much since we last met" she blushed and looked down at her huge body.
Being in hospital most of the time and very inactive she has grown fairly fat. Her once slender young body had grown very flabby and soft, her breasts had grown to a nice D cup and her belly sat happily on her lap. Even as she was examining herself she was eating as was often the case so she never even noticed, hence the result on her body.
"I am sure you havnt changed as much as you think you have" the nurse smiled softly and also examined Serenity's fat body and admired her work. "i'll see you in a bit" she smiled taking away the food plates that were empty "is there anything you would like?" she asked
"if its not a problem" she blushed "i am craving some chocolate"
"dont worry dear, its not a problem at all" the nurse smiled and gave her a gental kiss on her forehead and then left.
