Long ago in the small town of woodsdale there lived five teenage friends.They always hung out togather,but wished that there was more that they could do in this town.With only around a hundred people living here,there wasn't much to do other then fish or explore the fields and trees around town,which these friends had done since they were little.Early one morning Ryan,the oldest one called all his friends and asked them to meet him in front of old Gary's supermarket,the only store in town.They all arived at 11:03a.m. to see what the fuss was about."I was busy watching a special on mineral deposits in the earths outer crust." said Robert,the brainiac of the group."This had better be worth my time."Ryan smiled."Oh, beleave me friend,it is.I don't think even one of you guys won't love this.You see I just got a call from Mike." "You mean your brother who's in collage?"Asked Samantha,the gothic member of their group."Yeah,he's on a weekend vacation for halloween,and he's staying at a motel about 20 miles up north in the next state,and he'll be visiting us tomarrow to celebrate halloween with us!" The others seemed surprised that Mike would come home for halloween when he did'nt even come home for christmas last year.This must be huge for him to want to spend his whole vacation in this tiny little place."He always did love halloween..."said Samantha."Even more then I do.What do you think he has planned for us?"
"I'm not sure,but knowing bro its gotta be good!"said Ryan with a smile."By the way,he said he'll be taking us out of town,so make sure its okay with your parents." "Sure."Everyone replied and they each walked home to ask their parents for permission.If Mike was doing something for halloween,they sure did''nt want to miss it.Tomarrow was saturday and Mike would arrive by 3:00p.m. in town for the first time in over a year.
