Gary spun around after hearing that glass-shattering noise! Followed quite quickly by the cat pitching an awful fit, and the kid crying! Oh shit, what was going on?!
Gary bolted down those stairs faster than he'd ever run in life. As he passed through the kitchen, his hand slipped over an out of place knife. Voices could be heard from the other room, where the break in had occurred. Damn! He was lucky he'd still been there. Seems as though the family's leave had become too convenient, for both robber and lazy babysitter.
He peeked into the next room, just to see what was happening. It looked like Dillon wasn't in that room, and he couldn't see the cat...
Quickly, he darted back behind the counter as he saw a pair of eyes staring back! Praying he had a few more seconds, Gary clutched the knife a little tighter. Oh God, why did it have to be today?
