Bankai Power: Shadows engulf Shin giving him the form of a Black Dragon with Blood one red eye and one green eye. While in this form Shin's speeds increase even more and he is able to shoot black flames from his mouth.

Bio: Good natured, always chasing down women. When performing his duties as a shinigami he becomes serious, almost cold hearted. 3rd seat of Second Division, Shin Katsuragi is known mostly for his strength in battle. However when off duty he chases down women, however the woman he most desires is his captain SoiFon. Shin is always working hard trying to gain the notice of SoiFon, but cannot help hitting on the various women in Soul Society.
