Guilty conscience demands a fix

After some more thinking, Dave's guilt got the better of him. True, it was cool to see the wand in action and having affected reality itself so no one could notice, but turning a father into a midget the same size as his 11 year old son was wrong. As he watched, the father had difficulty dealing with his child, who was still having a fit. Before the father a regular guy, just under average height and just a tad skinny and he would just ignore the blows and overpower his little boy with ease, but now the man was only 4 and a half feet tall and using his entire strength and effort to try and restrain him, wincing from every kick and punch.
"Come on Joey, you have to eat your vegetables to grow big and strong!" The father tried to tell his child.
"I don't wanna eat them!" Joey yelled, throwing another kick. "I wanna eat cake and candy now!"
The father winced as the kick hit him in the shoulder but still tried his best to calm him down. In a few years, when the kid grows older, there was the possibility that the kid could become rebellious and make his father's life a living hell.
It didn't seem right to do that to the man. He'd have to fix this up, and once it was done he'll be free of guilt and be on his way. In fact, he might as well test it out and see how to control the wand. He could make the dad even better than before! After all, a skinny underweight man wasn't that much of an upgrade from a midget.
