You’re in your room packing when you hear your mom say, “Sweetheart, can you come down here for a second.”
As you walk down stairs you see her in the living room looking through your baby book. You walk over to her and she smiles pointing to a picture of you when you were a baby, “You were the most beautiful baby, look at that curly hair.” She says
You smile and she says, “You grew up so fast, but you know you’ll always be my baby.” She stands up and gives you a hug, “I love you mom.” You say.
As you turn to walk back up the stairs you hear your mom say, “Where are you going.”
“I’ve got to finish packing; my friends should be here any minute.” You say
“Well that’s kind of what I wanted to talk to you about.” She says, as you stop and turn around, “I don’t want you to go.” She says
“Mom it’s going to be okay, it’s only two months and then I’ll be back.” You say “No, I’m not ready for you to leave home period.” She says,
“Don’t worry, it’s not like I’m your only child.” You say, “I know but I’m not ready to let go of either of you, will you please stay?” she says
“Mom, I’ve been planning this trip for years, I’m going.” You say
You give her a hug and turn to walk back upstairs, you start to feel dizzy, and as the room starts to spin you feel yourself fall to the ground.
When the room stops spinning you find yourself on the floor, but something doesn’t feel right, your cloths are too big…
