New Story Line

Walking through the front door, Michael’s good mood was shattered when he heard his son Andrew yelling in the kitchen. “Are you absolutely insane, Mom?”
“No, I’m not insane Andrew.” Sighing, Sara said, “I know it’s an unusual request but your Aunt Grace is desperate.”
Walking into the kitchen, Michael saw Andrew sitting at the kitchen table. “No, it’s not an unusual request at all.” His voice dripping with sarcasm, Andrew said, “It’s perfectly normal for one’s 24 year old aunt to ask that her nephew becomes a newborn baby so she can practice being a mother.”
Trying to calm things down, Michael said, “What’s going on in here?”
“Hi dear.” Looking at Andrew, Sara said, “Grace’s due date is in 2 weeks and she wants some practice with a newborn; changing diapers, breastfeeding, etc.”
“So you asked Andrew to be the newborn?”
“It’s only for a few days; I figured he would like the vacation.”
“This is not my idea of a vacation.” Leaning back in the chair, Andrew said, “I’d rather be in Hawaii for the summer with Tina then spend a few days as a newborn baby girl.”
“I’ve already told Grace that he agreed to this.” Pulling her husband aside, Sara said, “The only solution I can see is to force it on him; change him when he least expects it.”
“That seems kind of rash, Sara.” Sighing, Michael said, “But I’ve honestly got nothing better for us to try.”
