Hatching a plan to save Andrew

The three women spent the better part of the afternoon coming up with a plan to get Andrew out of the hospital; eventually settling on Tamara using the medallion turn into a girl in her late 20s. By the time they’d come up with the plan, however, it was close to 9 in the evening and the hospital was no longer allowing visitors.

The next morning, Tamara walked out of the bathroom looking identical to Michelle a few weeks after giving birth to Brad. “Okay; this is really weird.” Pausing, Tamara said, “Lets get this over with; because I don’t really like the idea of being my boyfriend’s mother.”

Once everyone was in the car, Michelle said, “So here’s the plan; Tamara will go to the ER and ask for her daughter. They’ll give Andrew to her and then she’ll leave.”

“Sounds like a plan to me.”

The drive to the hospital was quite. Once there, Tamara got out and ran inside the ER. After 20 minutes, Sara and Michelle grew worried that she hadn’t returned. They were about to go inside to see what was going on; when Tamara walked out with a shocked look on her face. Getting out of the car, Michelle looked at Tamara and said, “What’s going on? Where’s Andrew?”

“They...the hospital called child services.” Pausing, in shock, Tamara said, “Andrew’s now in their custody; apparently going into foster care until they hear from his mother.”

“That baby’s mother doesn’t exist!” panicking, Michelle said, “How am I supposed to get my son back now!?”
