Austin picked a neatly wrapped green present with a large gold bow on it. It was lighter than he expected.
"Ok Austin, remember don't unwrap it until you get to the bathroom." Jill instructed.
Austin made his way to the bathroom, glancing nervously over his shoulder at Hailey. She smiled and gave him a sarcastic thumbs up. She was in for a surprise when he came back in a different body.
The bathroom was quite large, with a full sized tub, walk in shower, and a giant mirror above the sink. The medallion was fastened to the wall. Austin quickly ripped off the wrapping paper to find a box. He opened up the box and the first thing he saw was the color purple. His heart skipped a beat, he was definitely going to be a female. He pulled out the clothing and let the box fall to the ground. He held it out in front of him, it was a satin purple nightgown. He was a little relieved he didn't recognize it, it meant it didn't belong to his mom.
With the nightgown in hand, he approached the medallion. He took a breath and touched it with his finger. A jolt went through his body. At first nothing happened, but then he felt a tingling in his feet. He brought his left foot up and pulled off the sock. To his surprise he saw a small, feminine foot with dark pink toenails. The foot showed signs of age with some slightly bulging veins and wrinkles. He let his foot down and felt the cold tile underneath it. He stepped on his other sock and yanked his right foot out of it only to see a matching set of pink toenails.
"It's really happening," he thought.
The changes continued up his body. He dropped his pants to the ground to get a better look. His usually hairy legs were now slender and smooth. He ran a hand up and down one of his calves. "I'm going to have to shave these now," he mused.
His thighs and hips were next to change. He felt extra fat grow around them as they spread out. "I'm pretty sure these hips have given birth a few times," he thought as he looked them over.
He was caught off guard by a strong tingling sensation in his groin. He was overcome with an intense wave of pleasure as he felt his penis rearrange itself into a vagina. He let out a moan of pleasure as the transformation was complete. He pulled at his boxer shorts to get a better look.
"Wow," he thought as he carefully reached down a finger to touch his new equipment.
As the changes traveled up his body he was again caught off guard by another big change. Two large breasts exploded from his chest. He felt them strain his flannel shirt as they grew. He quickly unbuttoned the top few buttons to let them breath. He was greeted by the sight of two round breasts with large blue veins running along the tops of them and areolas the size of small plates. He smiled and gave them a squeeze. As he fondled them, he noticed that his hands had changed too. His fingers had the same pink nail polish as his toes.
His face and hair were the last to change. He watched in the mirror as his face rearranged itself into that of his Aunt April. Long brown hair tickled the back of his neck. Once the change was complete, he made a few faces in the mirror. He ran his hands through his hair and grinned. "This was a good first pick," he thought as he stared into the intense brown eyes of his aunt.
He took off the rest of his clothes and pulled on the nightgown. It did a sufficient job of covering up his new body. He made his way barefoot back to the family where they waited. When they saw him they cheered. He looked at Hailey who had a dumbfounded look on her face.
