Your name is Mark Johnson. You’re 38 years old, balding since college, a little on the chubby side, and have never been married. You’ve never been good with the women, but have been good with your money and business. To you it has always seemed like a cruel trade off. You have lots of money and free time, but have no one to share it with. You’ve tried dating services and various websites, but the problem is not with them it’s with you. When face to face with these women you fall flat. If it was a business meeting it would be no problem, but with women you loose all confidence in yourself. You feel so trapped within yourself.
Now here you are at an exclusive Caribbean resort. Your older brother Ben surprised you with this vacation as a gift. Along with the vacation he gave you a weird looking medallion that had belonged to your Dad. Your Dad gave it to Ben and now Ben has given it to you with instructions not to put it on until you get settled into your room. He said it would help you get away from yourself.
After settling into your room you get dressed for the beach. With a sigh you put on the medallion and look at yourself in the mirror. You feel and look ridiculous you think looking at your reflection. It’s bad enough that you’re balding, chubby, with glasses, but now you’re wearing some gaudy piece of jewelry from the disco days. You have no idea how this thing is supposed to help you get away from yourself. “Whatever”, you mumble and head out to the beach. You stop before exiting the hotel entrance to the beach to grab a towel. Just your luck all the fresh towels are gone. You look over at the used towel bin. “Why not, I need a towel”, you say to yourself. So someone used it for a few hours. You can just shake the sand out. You grab a towel that was just used by……………..
