A man is walking along on a journey all by his lonesome. To find himself, to visit some great tourist destination... You know, the kind of random journeys everybody takes. As he's traveling along, he notices it's getting late and decides to find a place to stay. As he passes a fellow passerby on the dirt road, he stops to ask him "Hey, how far away is the Old Log Inn?"
The passerby tells him that it's about an hour's walk from where he is, and that he'll have to take a right turn at an upcoming intersection. After thanking the passerby, the man continues on his way. When he gets to the intersection, he sees a little boy standing in the middle of the fork in the road and asks him "Hey kid, how far is the Old Log Inn?"
The boy points him in the right direction and tells him that it's just a little ways more. As the man continues along the way he has chosen, he eventually finds himself walking through a large, grassy plain with a young couple making love amidst the flowers. Walking up to the young couple, he asks "How far is the Old Log Inn?"
