Choice 1: There, down a small tunnel, is a room lit by flickering candles. In the middle of the room, a bound female figure on what at first looked like a table, but is in fact a rack, as they once used to torture confessions out of criminals. Although the figure is gagged and blindfolded, she seems to be struggling against her bonds. Perhaps she heard Anna's wall when it did it's sliding routine, as the captive seems to be yelling through her gag, though Anna can't understand what she's saying.
Choice 2: Anna peers down a short corridor into a room filled with all manner of scientific implements and vessels, tubes and beakers. In the very center of the room, laying across a steel gurney, strapped down by thick restraints, is some sort of humanoid creature. It's head is wrapped in bandages, and there are tubes leading from it's arms and chest to some complicated gadgetry which buzzes and clicks at seemingly random intervals.
Choice 3: Other (You choose) Come up with another scenario detailing why someone is tied to a table in a room next to Anna's down in the basement of the family home.
